Simone Foti is a viticulturist at the Etna estate I Vigneri and a son of founder Salvo Foti. Born in Catania in 1994, he studied at the wine school in Beaune, completed winegrowing experience across Burgundy and other French regions, and now focuses especially on the family estate’s vineyards.
