Annabel Thomas is the founder and CEO of Nc'nean, the organic Scotch whisky distillery in the Western Highlands of Scotland. She founded the distillery in 2013 and has been widely profiled for building a highly sustainable whisky brand, including Nc'nean's off-grid production model and its public launch of first whisky. She is also listed in official company records as a director of Nc'Nean Distillery Limited and Drimnin Community Broadband C.I.C.
