António Galapito

António Galapito is the chef and owner of Prado in Lisbon, a farm-to-table restaurant in Baixa that has been described as one of the city’s top dining rooms. Sources also link him to Prado Mercearia / Mercearia Prado, a grocery-format extension of the Prado project that sells products used in the restaurant. He previously worked in London with Nuno Mendes and at several kitchens, before returning to Lisbon to lead Prado.
