Ardy Ferguson

Ardy Ferguson is a Hong Kong-based chef at Belon, where he was identified as sous chef in multiple 2024-2025 profiles and as sous chef at the restaurant when he won the S.Pellegrino Young Chef Academy Competition 2024-25 Asia regional final. He is a Canadian-Indonesian chef who first discovered cooking during a break from university studies in Canada, later moving to Hong Kong for a one-year working holiday that became a longer tenure at Belon. In 2025, he won the global S.Pellegrino Young Chef Academy title, with his signature dish “Archipelago Celebration” rooted in Indonesian culinary traditions and Hong Kong influences.
