i. Biography
Mina Güçlüer is a Turkish-German chef and the Head Chef of the Michelin-starred modern French restaurant Belon in Central, Hong Kong. Born and raised in Istanbul, she completed a dual-system culinary apprenticeship in Berlin and cooked at multi-starred European establishments, including Victor's Fine Dining by Christian Bau and Restaurant Horváth. She joined Belon in 2019, rising through the kitchen brigade to become Head Chef.
