Ariel Schor is the chef and co-owner of Beba in Verdun, Montreal, a restaurant opened in 2019 with his brother Pablo Schor and named after their grandmother, Vera, known as “Beba.” He is described in multiple current sources as the chef behind Beba, and earlier reporting places him in Liverpool House as chef de cuisine for about six years before opening Beba. He is originally from Argentina and was raised in Winnipeg, Manitoba.
