Pablo Schor

Pablo Schor is a co-owner and front-of-house/wine hospitality operator at Beba, the 28-seat Argentine-Jewish restaurant in Verdun, Montreal, which he opened with his brother Ari Schor in 2019. Prior to Beba, he worked in Montreal’s Joe Beef restaurant group and in Vancouver’s bars and dining rooms before moving to Montreal; the restaurant was named after the brothers’ grandmother, Vera, known as “Beba.”
