i. Biography
Benjamin Tyson is the chef and owner of Butterlamp Bread & Beverage in East Nashville, Tennessee, a bread house and wine bar he opened in 2024 with his wife, Katie Rose Tyson. Before Butterlamp, Tyson worked as a chef at Sean Brock’s Audrey in Nashville, and later received recognition as part of StarChefs’ 2026 Nashville Rising Stars class.
