Bernd Knöller is the chef and owner of RiFF in Valencia, Spain. He is “Chef Bernd Knöller” and “Chef y propietario desde 1993. The restaurant’s own history states that RiFF opened on September 10, 2001, after Knöller had already opened his first Valencia restaurant, El Ángel Azul, in 1993. Public reporting also notes that RiFF has held a Michelin star and that Knöller’s cooking is rooted in creative, Mediterranean-driven cuisine.
