Byung-jin Lim (also styled BJ Lim) is the owner-bartender of Bar Cham in Seoul’s Seochon district, a traditional hanok cocktail bar known for Korea-first drinks built around local spirits and ingredients. Sources from 2024–2026 identify him as the bar’s owner and a central figure in Korean cocktail culture, and one profile states he began working in Seoul bars in 2007 before opening his independent venues in 2016.
