i. Biography
Caroline Caporossi is an American-Italian hospitality and social-impact entrepreneur based in Modena, Italy, best known as co-founder of Roots, a social enterprise restaurant that trains migrant women for careers in hospitality. She also co-founded the Association for the Integration of Women (AIW) in 2020 and, together with chef Jessica Rosval and co-founder Maria Assunta Ioele, opened Roots in 2022.
