Caroline Fiot

Caroline Fiot is Cellar Master of Maison Ruinart, a role she formally assumed on January 1, 2026. Trained in viticulture and oenology, she began her career in Saint-Emilion and joined Ruinart in 2016. Her work at the house has included the tasting committee, fermentation and research programs, the light-protective Second Skin case, and the development of Ruinart Blanc Singulier. After assignments with Chandon Argentina and Moet & Chandon's Epernay facilities, she returned to lead Ruinart's oenological team and steward its Chardonnay-focused Champagne program.
