i. Biography
Caroline Fiot is a French oenologist and agricultural engineer who joined Maison Ruinart in 2016 as part of the winemaking team and was appointed Cellar Master effective January 1, 2026. Ruinart’s official profile says she began her career in the vineyards of Saint-Émilion, later contributed to the tasting committee, fermentation oversight during harvest, R&D projects, the second-skin case, and the development of Ruinart Blanc Singulier.
