i. Biography
Charly Pierre is the chef and co-owner of Fritai in New Orleans. Raised in Cambridge, Massachusetts, he moved to New Orleans in 2015 and developed the Haitian-focused restaurant with co-founder Minerva Chereches, first at St. Roch Market and then at its brick-and-mortar location.
