i. Biography
Chelsea Franchi is the Director of Winemaking at Tablas Creek Vineyard in Paso Robles, California. Chelsea joined the winery while studying Agricultural Business and Wine and Viticulture at Cal Poly, started in the tasting room as a Greeter/Hostess, moved into the cellar after graduating in 2008, and was promoted to Assistant Winemaker in 2009 before being promoted again to Director of Winemaking in 2025. The winery also notes that she writes the long-running Notes from the Cellar series and was voted Paso Robles Cellar Worker of the Year by her peers.
