i. Biography
Craig Hamm is the Winemaker at Tablas Creek Vineyard in Paso Robles, where he was promoted in 2025 after more than a decade on the production team. A Templeton native, he grew up helping harvest in his family’s vineyard and learned the trade hands-on in the cellars at Meridian and Justin before joining Tablas Creek in 2013.
