Amanda Collins is the Assistant Winemaker at Tablas Creek Vineyard, a pioneering regenerative organic estate in Paso Robles, California. She joined Tablas Creek in 2015, advancing across tasting room, merchandising, and cellar operations. After completing an overseas harvest in Australia's Barossa Valley and serving as Cellar Master, she was appointed Assistant Winemaker.
