Chris Brockway is the owner and winemaker of Broc Cellars, a Berkeley-based winery founded in 2002 that focuses on organically grown grapes, native fermentations, and low-intervention winemaking. He is originally from Omaha, Nebraska, and has been profiled for developing Broc Cellars into an urban winery known for natural-leaning California wines and vineyard-focused bottlings. In 2021, he also took over farming operations and management for Fox Hill Vineyard in Mendocino, extending his role beyond winery production into vineyard stewardship.
