i. Biography
Chris D’Ambro is a Philadelphia chef and co-owner of Southwark and Ambra in Queen Village, where he and Marina de Oliveira operate adjacent concepts on South 4th Street. He is the chef-owner of Southwark and, more recently, as co-owner of Ambra, a modern Italian tasting-menu restaurant next door. Southwark is Michelin-recommended, and Ambra is presented by the restaurants themselves as their multi-course modern Italian dining room.
