Christelle Brua is a French pastry chef best known for her long tenure at Le Pré Catelan in Paris, where she worked alongside Frédéric Anton from 2003 until she left for the Élysée in 2019. She was named the world’s best restaurant pastry chef by Les Grandes Tables du Monde in 2018, becoming the first woman to receive the honor. Earlier in her career, she trained at L’Arnsbourg with Jean-Georges Klein from 1998 to 2002.
