Conor O'Driscoll

Conor O’Driscoll is the Master Distiller at Heaven Hill, where he stepped into the role in January 2019 and became the company’s seventh master distiller in its 84-year history. A native of Ireland, he came to the United States in 1990 as a chemical engineer with a focus on yeast and fermentation, then began working in American whiskey in 2004 at Brown-Forman before later managing distillery operations at Brown-Forman Distillery, Woodford Reserve, and Angel’s Envy. He now leads distilling and warehousing at Heaven Hill’s Bernheim Distillery in Louisville and oversees the company’s historic bourbon portfolio.
