Cristian Pontiggia is an Italian-born chef associated with Santa Fe’s Sassella and the Rosewood Inn of the Anasazi. Rosewood’s restaurant pages identify him as Executive Chef at the Inn of the Anasazi in Santa Fe and describe him as a Lombardy native with more than 25 years in food and beverage, after working in top restaurants across Europe. He was previously identified publicly as the executive chef behind Sassella in Santa Fe, and a 2025 hospitality press release announced his move to Rosewood Inn of the Anasazi as Executive Chef.
