Daiki Kanetaka is a Japanese bartender and owner of D.Bespoke in Singapore, a Ginza-style cocktail bar founded in 2014 and known for bespoke drinks tailored to guest preferences. He is the owner-bartender behind D.Bespoke. He previously worked in Beijing before relocating to Singapore.
