That formal grounding now sits behind Brecon Estate, where he is owner & Founding Winemaker. At Brecon Estate, the cellar work centers on Damian Grindley’s judgment, with the winemaking shaped by a steady hand rather than noise. Damian's signature wines include 2024 True Acacia Head Albariño, 2023 Zinfandel, Rude Nora, True Acacia Head, and Last Sandwich. The range reads as a working cellar lineup rather than a single-note calling card: 2024 True Acacia Head Albariño on one end, 2023 Zinfandel on the other, with Rude Nora, True Acacia Head, and Last Sandwich reinforcing a portfolio tied closely to Brecon Estate.
