Daniela Soto-Innes

Daniela Soto-Innes is a Mexico City–born chef who leads Rubra in Punta de Mita, Nayarit, Mexico, where she presents a garden- and seafood-forward ‘tropical cuisine’ rooted in local ingredients and the milpa. She first gained international prominence after leaving New York’s Cosme and later became the youngest chef to be named World’s Best Female Chef by The World’s 50 Best Restaurants in 2019.
