David Chang is the chef and founder of Momofuku, which launched with Momofuku Noodle Bar in New York City in 2004 and later expanded to include Momofuku Ssäm Bar, Momofuku Ko, Fuku, and locations in Las Vegas and beyond. Momofuku’s Las Vegas outpost at The Cosmopolitan identifies him as the chef and founder, while Momofuku’s official site states that he founded the company in 2004 in New York City.
