David Toutain

David Toutain is a French chef from Normandy who opened his eponymous restaurant in Paris in December 2013 and has led it to two Michelin stars, plus a Michelin Green Star for sustainability. Before that, he worked in landmark kitchens including L’Arpège under Alain Passard, Marc Veyrat, Bernard Loiseau, and with Andoni Luis Aduriz, and he opened Agapé Substance in Paris in 2010/2011 before launching Restaurant David Toutain. He later expanded internationally with Feuille in Hong Kong, described as his first venture outside France.
