David Toutain

David Toutain is a Normandy-born chef who opened Restaurant David Toutain in Paris's 7th arrondissement in December 2013, earning one Michelin star in 2015, a second in 2020, and a Green Star for sustainability. He previously served as chef at Agapé Substance in Paris from 2011-2012 after stages at Mugaritz in Spain and Corton in New York. Since 2022, he has overseen Feuille in Hong Kong, which holds one Michelin star and a Green Star, focusing on local fruits and leaves.
