Édouard Laffitte is a vigneron and the producer behind Domaine Le Bout du Monde in Lansac, in Roussillon’s Pyrénées-Orientales. He is an autodidact who worked at the cooperative cellar of Estézargues before founding his own estate around 2005. His domaine works organically across vineyards in Lansac, Rasiguères, and Cassagnes, with hand harvesting and low-intervention natural-wine practices emphasized in multiple references.
