Edrick Colón is a Puerto Rican co-founder of Identidad Cocktail Bar in San Juan’s Calle Cerra, where the bar’s concept centers Caribbean and Latin flavors, local ingredients, and hospitality. 73 with the Campari One To Watch Award. He co-founded the bar with Stephen Alonso after earlier work together at Bar La Unidad and Antillano.
