Edrick Colón

Edrick Colón is a Puerto Rican co-founder of Identidad Cocktail Bar in San Juan’s Calle Cerra, where the bar’s concept centers Caribbean and Latin flavors, local ingredients, and hospitality. Identidad won the James Beard Award for Best New Bar, and it was included in North America’s 50 Best Bars extended list at No. 73 with the Campari One To Watch Award. He co-founded the bar with Stephen Alonso after earlier work together at Bar La Unidad and Antillano.
