i. Biography
Emily Roux is the co-founder and chef-owner of Caractère in London, a restaurant she launched in 2018. Before opening her own venue, she built her culinary career in France and Monaco, working in kitchens including Akrame and Le Louis XV - Alain Ducasse à l'Hôtel de Paris. She began her training in Paris at La Table du Lancaster in 2010.
