Eric Pan is the co-founder and co-owner of Slice of Life, a cocktail bar at 409 College Street in Toronto’s Kensington Market, where the program emphasizes seasonal ingredients, local producers, and sustainability. He has also been identified as the bar’s general manager and beverage director, and he previously worked in London as head bartender at Kol Mezcaleria and as a senior sommelier for the Gordon Ramsay Group.
