Éric Prowalski is the chef of La Rotonde des Trésoms, the gastronomic restaurant at Hôtel Les Trésoms in Annecy, Haute-Savoie. He has led the Les Trésoms kitchens since June 6, 2011, and that he refocused his cooking in 2018 toward his roots and cooking.
