Erin Mason

Erin Mason is the Regenerative Specialist at Tablas Creek Vineyard in Paso Robles, California. She spent nearly a decade managing and directing beverage programs for a multi-concept restaurant group in Atlanta before changing careers in 2019, later working her first vintage and then joining Tablas Creek after the 2022 harvest to focus on the winery’s regenerative program. She is the winery’s first regenerative agriculture specialist and has also appeared in coverage about Tablas Creek’s soil and regenerative farming work.
