Evgeny Kuzin is a Russian restaurateur and hospitality executive based in the UAE who is one of the hospitality entrepreneurs behind GAIA, a Greek-inspired dining concept developed with Chef Izu Ani. He is chairman and co-founder of Fundamental Hospitality (and previously Bulldozer Group), the group associated with GAIA and related concepts across Dubai and beyond.
