Izu Ani is a Nigerian-British chef associated with GAIA in Dubai, where the restaurant was launched in 2018 and is presented as being by Chefs Izu Ani and Orestis Kotefas. He is the chef behind several Dubai dining concepts including Gaia, Carine, Alaya, Eunoia by Carine, La Maison Ani, Kai Enzo, and Theo.
