Fernando Alcalá is the chef behind Kava in Marbella, where he opened the restaurant in 2014 after leaving a legal career in Zurich. He is a self-taught chef whose menus are built around local ingredients and a compact tasting format, and current official/official-adjacent listings continue to associate him with Kava in Marbella.
