Filip Matjaž is a Slovenian chef and the fifth-generation restaurateur behind COB (Cooking Outside the Box) in Portorož, where he leads a restaurant focused on reinterpreting Slovenian and Istrian dishes with a creative, ingredient-driven approach. COB is his own restaurant project in Portorož, and he and the restaurant.
