François Crochet

François Crochet is the winemaker and family estate operator behind Domaine François Crochet in Bué, in the Sancerre appellation of the Loire Valley. He has taken over the estate from his father Robert in 1998 and building a reputation for precise, terroir-driven Sancerre wines, with organic and biodynamic farming now part of the domaine’s identity. The estate farms roughly 10.5 to 12 hectares across Bué and nearby Sancerre communes, with Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Noir as the core grapes.
