Frankie Solarik

Frankie Solarik is a Toronto-based bartender, mixologist, and hospitality entrepreneur best known as the co-owner and creative force behind BarChef, the modernist cocktail bar he opened in 2008 on Queen Street West. He has been described by The New York Times as a "Legendary Experimentalist," and his work has been recognized by Food & Wine, which named BarChef among the world's most innovative new bars. Solarik later expanded his hospitality portfolio through Frankie Solarik Holdings, including Prequel & Co. Apothecary and Compton Ave in Toronto, and announced a BarChef expansion to New York.
