i. Biography
Frédéric Bacquié is the Executive Chef of the Michelin-starred restaurant L'Almandin at the Relais & Châteaux Hôtel L'Île de la Lagune in Saint-Cyprien, France. Born in Ariège, he became one of France's youngest Michelin-starred chefs at age 26 at Le Neptune in Collioure, and later held a Michelin star for eleven consecutive years at La Balette before returning to lead L'Almandin in 2019.
