Frédéric Calamels

Frédéric Calmels is the chef behind Le Favori at Les Sources de Cheverny in Cheverny, Loir-et-Cher, where he has overseen the property's culinary program since 2020. He is aveyronnais d’origine, and he built his career through kitchens including Senderens, La Table du Lancaster, La Tour d’Argent, and roles alongside Jérôme Banctel at La Réserve Paris and La Réserve Genève.
