Frédéric Cossard

Frédéric Cossard is a Burgundian winemaker who founded Domaine de Chassorney in Saint-Romain in 1996 after years working in the wine trade. He later created a négociant business under SARL Frédéric Cossard in 2006, and his wines are associated with natural, organic, and biodynamic practices across Burgundy appellations including Saint-Romain, Auxey-Duresses, Puligny-Montrachet, Meursault, Vosne-Romanée, and Morey-Saint-Denis. From the 2022 vintage, Domaine de Chassorney was sold to his longtime friend Aurélien Verdet, while Cossard continued with the négoce side.
