Frédéric Martin

Frédéric Martin is the chef and owner of La Table Bâgésienne in Bâgé-le-Châtel, where he has welcomed diners since 1994. The restaurant is presented as serving traditional Bresse cuisine with local influences, and it has held Michelin Bib Gourmand recognition since 1999.
