Gabriela Chamorro is a Nicaraguan chef and founder of Girl & the Goose in Dubai, where she built the concept first as a supper club in 2019 before opening Girl & the Goose – Restaurante Centroamericano at Anantara Downtown Dubai. The restaurant positions itself as the UAE’s first dedicated Central American/Mesoamerican restaurant, and Chamorro is described as its founder and executive chef. Her background includes moving to Dubai in 2009 and later developing a culinary concept rooted in Central American flavors and hospitality.
