Gian Carlo Reinardy

Gian Carlo Reinardy is a chef and co-owner/co-chef of The Paper Bridge in Portland, Oregon, a Northern Vietnamese restaurant he opened with Quynh Nguyen in November 2023. He is described in coverage of the restaurant as a Milwaukee/Wisconsin-born chef who has worked in kitchens since age 14 and helped develop The Paper Bridge’s concept after living in Hanoi with Nguyen. In 2026, Food & Wine named him one of its Best New Chefs.
