Quynh Nguyen

Quynh Nguyen is the co-owner and co-chef of The Paper Bridge, a Northern Vietnamese restaurant in Portland, Oregon, which opened in November 2023. She and her spouse/co-chef Carlo Reinardy are recognized for making house-made rice noodles and for a menu centered on Northern Vietnamese cooking; The Paper Bridge was named among the New York Times’ 50 best restaurants in America in 2025 and was included in Food & Wine’s Best New Chefs roundup in 2026.
