Giuseppe "Pino" Posteraro

Giuseppe “Pino” Posteraro is an Italian-born chef and chef-owner of Cioppino’s Mediterranean Grill & Enoteca in Vancouver’s Yaletown neighborhood, which he opened in September 1999 after working in restaurants in Europe, Singapore, Toronto, and Vancouver. He is the restaurant’s chef/owner, and multiple profiles note that he has led the kitchen and wine program for decades. In 2018, he was named a Knight of the Order of the Star of Italy, and in 2022 Gambero Rosso recognized him with its Guardian of Tradition award.
