Graeme Cumine is the restaurant manager at L'Enclume in Cartmel, Cumbria, the Simon Rogan flagship restaurant that earned its third Michelin star in 2022. He was recognized in The Caterer’s Acorn Awards in 2022 and was named a finalist for the Institute of Hospitality’s Restaurant Manager of the Year award in 2023. In Simon Rogan coverage, he is identified as part of the front-of-house leadership overseeing service at L'Enclume alongside the head chef and sommelier.
