Valentin Mouillard

Valentin Mouillard is the head sommelier at L'Enclume in Cartmel, Cumbria, where he joined in 2016 and rose through the wine team to lead the restaurant’s drinks programme. He won the Michelin Sommelier Award in 2024, and L'Enclume’s official site later described him as group head sommelier overseeing the wine programme across all of the group’s restaurants worldwide.
