Greg Boehm is a New York hospitality entrepreneur and the co-founder of Mace, the spice-driven cocktail bar that opened in 2015 with French bartender Nico de Soto in Manhattan’s East Village and later moved to a larger West Village location. He is also the owner of Cocktail Kingdom and is the force behind multiple downtown New York bars and the global Miracle holiday pop-up concept.
