i. Biography
Grégoire Michaud is the Swiss-born founder of Bakehouse in Hong Kong, a bakery brand that began as a wholesale operation in 2013 before opening its first neighbourhood shop in Wan Chai in 2018. Before founding Bakehouse, he spent eight years as Executive Pastry Chef at the Hong Kong Four Seasons Hotel, where he oversaw pastry production for six restaurants including Michelin-starred Caprice and Lung King Heen.
